Open the Metro: Exodus game hub and find the upgrade offer. I will wait another day or two and contact their support.In order to upgrade the game, you have two methods depending on if you own the game on disc or digitally. I hope there will be a solution from Sony's side. I have no idea what else I need to do to play Bend's work officially on Sony consoles (four of them). But I still can't download Syphon Filter even though I got it years ago from Qure / PS Plus, then I bought it from PSN and I now have PSN Premium (I tried on both my PS4 Pro and PS5). I took advantage and now I am with Premium years ahead. With the launch of the "NEW" PS Plus, Sony immediately gave me an excellent offer - 72% to upgrade for the entire period of my regular PS Plus to PS Plus Premium. Then I said to myself, I'm going to wait for the new version for PS4/5 - I wanted to play the new version anyway. However, after I bought it, it again did not allow me to download it on PS3 (I have not tested it on Vita). However, when I chose the $ 5.99 version, PSN let me buy it (again, this happened about a month ago). 
However, pressing the download button gave me an error (I must check again on the PS3 what message it will give me now). The page of the game told me directly that I could download the PS Plus version, which according to PSN I own.
I entered the PS3 Store (slow as always) and the store gave me a choice between two versions - PS Plus and one that costs $ 5.99. Last month I tried to find Syphon Filter in my list of games on the PS3 console. I have been a regular PS Plus user for over 10 years and still use my PS3 / Vita. I played it on the console and deleted it. Years ago, I received the PS3 version from Qore or PS Plus, I can't remember exactly.
My story with the PSN version is quite bizarre.
